Service Description
Self and team leadership is about clear communication, connection and strong relationships. Connection to the individual player, clear communication with the team and building relationships as a whole. Each session is customized to the group, team and individuals based on goals established with the coaching and/or organization from the outset and evaluated throughout.
Cancellation Policy
Plugged-In Consulting Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To maintain high-quality service and manage scheduling effectively, Plugged-In Consulting adheres to the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement: Clients must notify us of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance for individual meetings, or 14 days in advance for scheduled services. Deposit: A 50% deposit fee is due upon booking of a service or project. Retainer/Project Deposits: All deposits and retainer payments are non-refundable. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full 100% of the session fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly, and we will consider waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis. Company Cancellation: If Plugged-In Consulting needs to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and will reschedule at the earliest convenience, or offer a full refund for that session. Agreement: By scheduling a meeting or signing a contract, you agree to these terms.
