Service Description
Enhance your group+teams communication skills in our confident communicator workshop series. We’ll cover essential communication principles and their importance in various contexts. We help you decode different communication archetypes to make your interactions more effective. Then, we’ll move into experiential simulations to stress-test skills, blending them with core competencies for immediate, real-world ROI. This series is customizable based organizational goals and evaluated throughout.
Cancellation Policy
Plugged-In Consulting Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To maintain high-quality service and manage scheduling effectively, Plugged-In Consulting adheres to the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement: Clients must notify us of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance for individual meetings, or 14 days in advance for scheduled services. Deposit: A 50% deposit fee is due upon booking of a service or project. Retainer/Project Deposits: All deposits and retainer payments are non-refundable. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full 100% of the session fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly, and we will consider waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis. Company Cancellation: If Plugged-In Consulting needs to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and will reschedule at the earliest convenience, or offer a full refund for that session. Agreement: By scheduling a meeting or signing a contract, you agree to these terms.
