Assumption Breakdown Series At Plugged-In Consulting, our Assumption Breakdown Series enhances communication by breaking down barriers and building a common language among teams. Recognizing that not everyone has been in the organization for a decade or is tech-savvy! we facilitate learning opportunities that will enhance in-person and virtual communication to ensure everyone is aligned and equipped with practical tools. Learn new tools that support all workplaces - in-person, remote, hybrid and learn about effective apps to help individuals, groups and teams foster a collaborative and informed workplace culture. Our Approach: We meet you where you are, build a strategy that lasts, and align your teams to get you where you want to go. Step 1: Explore- We assess current strengths, identify knowledge or skills gap, and develop a clear understanding of opportunities and goals. Step 2: Strategize- We develop a strategy that builds on strengths, is accessible and moves goals forward. Step 3: Train-We plug-in to each learner to engage your team where they are at, foster capacity building and increase shared understanding. Step 4: Implement + Evaluate -We support the hands on and practical rollout of systems, strategies and tools that turn strategy into sustainable daily practices and routines. Cancellation Policy
Plugged-In Consulting Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To maintain high-quality service and manage scheduling effectively, Plugged-In Consulting adheres to the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement: Clients must notify us of cancellations or appointment changes at least 24 hours in advance for individual meetings, or 14 days in advance for scheduled services. Deposit: A 50% deposit fee is due upon booking of a service or project. Retainer/Project Deposits: All deposits and retainer payments are non-refundable. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full 100% of the session fee. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly, and we will consider waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis. Company Cancellation: If Plugged-In Consulting needs to reschedule, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and will reschedule at the earliest convenience, or offer a full refund for that session. Agreement: By scheduling a meeting or signing a contract, you agree to these terms.
